ORLANDO, Fla. - A 25-year-old man was shot and killed early Thursday at an Orlando apartment complex, police said.Orlando police said Jefrey Concepcion died in the shooting, which was reported at 12:13 a.m. at the Regency Gardens Apartments on Rosebriar Way off Semoran Boulevard.Police said officers were called to the apartments and found Concepcion in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
